With Intel 8th Gen CPUs
It appears that ASUS will use six-core Coffee Lake-H processor inside the upcoming GL503 and GL703 gaming notebooks. While on the CPU side the company has made a big step forward, regarding the graphics side ASUS is going to use a GTX 1050Ti graphics card.

Corsair shows new Dominator Platinum memory on almost a yearly basis. Since quite a while the vendor is only marketing these kits as special editions, being numbered. The latest Dominator Platinum Special Edition CONTRAST makes no exception with that rule.
Compatible with LGA 3647 socket
EKWB announced the Annihilator EX/EP water block for the Intel LGA 3647 socket. Since the block is designed for server rigs, it features top and side inlets in order to be compatible with regular and 1U-blade chassis.
Raja Koduri is behind the project
Last year we published a news about Raja Koduri, since the Radeon Technologies Boss was leaving AMD. Later in the same month it emerged that Koduri was Senior Vice President, Core and Visual Computing Group, General Manager, Edge Computing Solutions, Chief Architect at Intel. Now, according to NoteBookCheck, Koduri is working to redefine the Arctic Sound discrete GPU to be powerful enough for gaming.
AU Optronics is working hard on it
A few months ago, Acer announced that their Predator X27 4K HDR monitor is going to be be delayed until the first quarter of current year. We heard a similar story about the ASUS ROG Swift PG27UQ as well and it looks like that AU Optronics is having several issues combining together local dimming with HDR10 standard.

First X470 mini-ITX model from ASUS

Four GPUs only for miners
A few days ago, ASRock has unveiled the first series of graphics cards announcing the "Phantom Gaming" based on AMD's RX-500 series. Everytime that Intel releases a new CPU, everyone start asking if it can be delidded and what are the improvements. Once the CPU is delidded, you have to find a good compromise for the pressure of your CPU cooler. Ncore V1 is the first water block designed for delidded processors and it even comes with a delidding tool included in the delivery.
Another high-end AM4 motherboard
The X470 Gaming M7 AC from MSI is a high-end motherboard that comes with a few interesting features. Compared to X370 Gaming M7 ACK, the updated model comes with a different heatsink design and less plastic covers. At a first glance the X470 Gaming M7 AC looks very similar to the Intel Z370 version with the same naming.
Both based on ATX form factor
The STRIX X470-F Gaming and Prime Pro from ASUS are two AMD AM4 motherboards that come with a few interesting features. These two models are almost identical and according to the pictures the main difference should be about the audio section.
With black and grey color scheme
It looks like that the launch of AMD X470 chipset is right around the corner. Thanks to a leak published on Videocardz, we have the first details of the upcoming ASRock X470 Fatal1ty Gaming ITX/ac motherboard. This model belongs to the high-end series and comes in mini-ITX form factor. Like the previous model, we expect a price around 150 Euro.
Finally available
A few months ago, Intel has released the Z370 chipset which is compatible with Coffee Lake processors. Intel was supposed to release the H370, B360 and H310 chipsets in the following months as well, however the company has slow down the entire process. During the last week we have published several news about the upcoming motherboards based on this chips and today Intel has officially unveils the mid-range chipsets.
