HyperX is working on RGB DDR4 memory

With infrared sensors

During the PAX 2018, Kingston has shown a plethora of gaming products, including HyperX headsets and peripherals. Furthermore, the company has unveiled in a shadowy open chassis a pair of RGB LED memory modules with HyperX logo.

Although this might sound a bit surprising, HyperX has never shown RGB memory kits before. This kit might be the first LED-lit DDR4 product from Kingston. The kit is almost ready to launch but there isn't any information about the final specifications and the release date. HyperX has revealed that the RGB LED memory lighting effects will be compatible with major motherboard OEM vendors like ASUS AURA, MSI Mystic Light and few more.

The upcoming kit will come with infrared sensors that detect the other module's lighting. In this way, all the modules can sync each other without any issue. HyperX should roll out the Predator RGB LED memory kit in the next few months, but at the moment we haven't a date.
