During the Computex 2014, EVGA has unveiled a couple of gaming peripherals. While the first gaming mouse has been unveiled a few years ago, we haven't seen any more information about the gaming keyboard. Now, after several years, the company is finally ready to unveil the first gaming keyboard.
The Z10 is a mechanical keyboard which has been designed for gamers, creators and overclockers. The EVGA Z10 sports fully customizable red backlighting that can be configurated with the EVGA Unleashed software, and dimmed or brightened by the LED brightness switch on the keyboard. At the moment the keyboard is available with Cherry MX Brown and Blue switches only.
Layout wise the keyboard features five additional macro buttons and several media controls placed on the top right corner. Furthermore there is a customizable LCD screen that is compatible with Precision XOC or ELEET X softwares. In other words, you can use this display for show several informations like temperature, in game statistics and other functions.
The EVGA Z10 should be available now for $149 on EVGA store. We expect to see a RGB model as well during the next months.
