Intel has officially unveiled its first six-core Coffee Lake processors for laptops. With the new series of processors, Intel brings Core i9, Core i7 and Xeon chips to laptops, featuring six cores for the first time on an Intel mobile platform.


With Silicon Motion SM2262 controller

ADATA has announced the XPG GAMMIX S11, that is the successor to the GAMMIX S10 and the new flagship NVMe SSD from ADATA. The new drive comes with similar performance specifications of the SX8200 that was released just a week ago. The upcoming Gammix S11 offers a black PCB with an eye-catching red heat sink.



Up to 960GB capacity

NVMe capable SSDs are growing increasingly popular these days, offering much higher transfer speeds than your usual SATA drive. New markets always offer new opportunities and that on the other hand means that different vendors will launch new products. Kingston has just announced the A1000 NVMe PCIe SSD that offers up to 120'000 IOPS and up to 960GB capacity.


Featuring six-core CPU

It appears that ASUS is upgrading its Zephyrus gaming laptop with a six-core Coffee Lake-H processor. While on the CPU side the company has made a big step forward, regarding the graphics side ASUS is going to maintain the Max-Q version of NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 1080 GPU.


Budget optimized RX 570

ASUS already has a wide portfolio when it comes to graphics cards but that didn’t stop them from launching yet another model. The new card belongs to the Expedition series and it is supposed to deliver solid performance at a competitive price point.


Featuring two 8-pin EPS power connectors

According to a leak that has been published on Videocardz, MSI is ready to launch two version of the X470 Gaming Pro Carbon motherboard with and without onboard WiFi AC module. Like the previous model, the upcoming X470 Gaming Pro Carbon will offer an ATX motherboard that sports a lot of features.


A slight upgrade from the current model

The ROG Crosshair VI Hero from ASUS has received a little upgrade regarding storage part and overall design. This new model sports the upcoming AMD X470 chipset and few interesting changes. Furthermore, it comes with WiFi 2.4/5GHz antennas like the Hero WiFi AC.


Another high-end model

During CES 2018, Gigabyte has shown an upcoming AM4 X470 motherboards. The upcoming AMD X470 chipset will support out of the box the second generation Ryzen "Pinnacle Ridge" and Ryzen "Raven Ridge" APUs, in addition to current-gen Ryzen chips.


LED, frames and hub

Phanteks has announced a new line of products in order to bring digital RGB lighting to any system. The product line includes fan frames, LED strips, controllers, and a starter kit. Since the RGB products are increasing, the companies need to find a solution for the right control systems.



Not GTX 20 series

NVIDIA's next family of gaming graphics cards might not be the GeForce GTX 20 Series after all. According to latest rumors, NVIDIA will use the GTX 11 Series name for the upcoming series. If the rumor is confirmed, NVIDIA doesn't plan to label the new cards by tens, like the current 1080 or 1070 models, but they will go with the GTX 1181 or the GTX 1185.


A professional crypto mining motherboard

During the past months, Biostar has unveiled several motherboards and graphics cards for crypto miners. With the TB250-BTC D+, the company unveils a motherboard that looks rather similar to the Colorful CB250A-BTC Plus V20. According to Techpowerup, this might be just a re-brand and an easy way for reach markets that aren't covered by Colorful.


With Kaby Lake-G CPUs

The last iteration of the ultra-thin XPS notebook from Dell has been released about a year ago, while there has been a refresh on a yearly basis. According to the latest informations, the new Dell XPS 15 features Kaby Lake-G CPUs with Radeon RX Vega M graphics.

Thanks to yet another leak on Videocardz, there are more details on upcoming MSI B360 motherboards. This time we will have a look to the B360I Gaming Pro Carbon AC which looks a bit different to the Z370I Gaming Pro Carbon AC. According to latest rumors, Intel is planning to release their new Coffee Lake chipsets during the next few weeks.


Four graphics cards

A few weeks ago, we posted some rumors about the first ASRock series of graphics cards and today the company has announced four models. The cards are all based on GPUs from AMD's Radeon RX 500 series.

Thermaltake has announced the Versa H26 case, which offers support for ATX motherboards and two 360mm radiators. The Versa H26 is a mid-tower chassis that's been made from SPCC and ABS plastic. Although there is a well-thought internal layout and huge tempered glass side panel, the Thermaltake Versa H26 comes at an attractive €55 price tag.

Enermax has announced the expansion of its Liqfusion series with a flagship model. With the Liqfusion 240 AIO, Enermax adds a 240mm AIO to the lineup. According to the company, the upcoming Liqfusion series should deliver pretty solid performance.


With 16GB capacity

You like extreme performance memory modules? In this case you'll be happy to know that there are new memory kits from G.Skill. The company has added a ridiculously fast DDR4-5000 CL21-26-26-46 memory kit with a total capacity of 16GB (2x8 GB). The TridentZ DDR4-5000MHz 16GB retail kits are aimed at high-end X299 and Z370 motherboards.



Based on a IPS panel

Yes you have read that right, Iiyama have finally released one of the best monitors in the high pixel density races. With the XB2779QQS, Iiyama has added a 27-inch panel with 5120 x 2880 resolution to its lineup. This display is listed at 799 Euro in Europe.


Still rather hard to do

During the course of the cryptocurrency hype, graphics cards makers have tried to find different strategies in order to contrast the shortage issue. NVIDIA has tried to make some effort towards this, selling some of its stock in the UK but it looks like that the green team is still far away to meet the demand.

NVIDIA's released its latest GeForce graphics drivers named 391.35. The new drivers are Game Ready for Far Cry 5. It also improves performance on GRIP and WRC 7 with a selected number of graphics cards.
