We are talking about 4+2 core Kaby Lake S CPUs which are Core i5 and Core i7 parts with four CPU cores and two GPU cores. The 2+2 Kaby Lake desktop CPUs should be ready to ship in mid February and these dual-core chips will probably be a part of Core i3 lineup.
Unfortunately, the same roadmap does not talk about mobile chips which could be available earlier than desktop parts and might be announced at IFA 2016 show in September 2016.
In case you missed it earlier, Intel has already confirmed that its 14nm 7th generation Core Kaby Lake CPUs will enter mass production later this year and be released in 2016, but this also include mobile chips.
The Kaby Lake architecture is Intel's third CPUs based on 14nm manufacturing process making them a "semi-tock" in Intel's tick-tock development strategy.
