Intel's Core i7-5960X overclocked to 6.45GHz on LN2

Running on Gigabyte X99-SOC Force motherboard

It appears that overclockers are finally ironing out the kinks and getting familiar with the new Haswell-E HEDT platform as HiCookie managed to push the Intel's Core i7-5960X CPU to a stunning 6.45GHz on Gigabyte's X99-SOC Force motherboard, of course, with a bunch of LN2.

The precise clock for the Core i7-5960X was at 6451.88MHz and the feat was done with probably large amount of LN2 and Gigabyte's X99-SOC Force motherboard. The overclocking was done on a single core and the CPU was running on 1.847V, according to the CPU-Z validation screenshot. The multiplier was set at x63.0 and bus speed was running at 102.34MHz.

To make things even more interesting, this is not the fastest registered clock on HWBot.org as Chinese overclocked Chi-Kui Lam currently holds the first place with 6549.7MHz, but HiCoookie, Cooolice and TaPaKaH are breathing down his neck.
