We already noted that ASUS has definitely come up strong to IFA 2014 show in Berlin and one of the new products announced at the show is the new Zenbook UX305, an Intel-Broadwell powered 13.3-inch ultrabook.
Based on a 12.3mm thick and 1.2kg heavy all-aluminun chassis and a 13.3-inch QHD+ 3200x1800 screen (276ppi), the new ASUS Zenbook UX305 will feature Intel's 14nm Broadwell Core M CPU. The rest of the specs include 128 or 256GB of SSD storage space, Bang & Olufsen speakers, 802.11ac WiFi, three USB 3.0 ports, an HDMI output and a battery that should keep it running four around 10 hours, according to ASUS.
The ASUS Zenbook UX305 will be available in Obsidian Stone or Cermic Alloy color options and follow up on ASUS' recent Zenbook design. Unfortunately, as the Zenbook UX305 is scheduled to be available sometime before Christmas, ASUS was not ready to talk about SKUs or the price of the new Zenbook UX305.
