6GB/s of throughput performance

ADATA today released the SR2000CP line of high-performance PCI-Express SSDs, targeted at enterprises and data-center customers, which usually have the highest demands regarding performance and reliability. The drives come with a half-height add-on card form-factor and it's using a PCI-Express 3.0 x8 host interface.

With up to 1.92TB capacity

NVMe capable SSDs are growing increasingly popular these days, offering much higher transfer speeds than the usual SATA drive. New markets always offer new opportunities and that on the other hand means that different vendors will launch new products. ADATA is one of those having presented their new SX7100 NVMe SSDs.

Breaks 5.5GHz

During the last week there has been a lot going on in the overclock scene. The Chinese overclocker Kovan Yang has achieved a new world record using a ADATA XPG Spectrix D80 RGB DDR4 memory kit. The benchmark has been conducted on a MSI X299 Gaming Pro Carbon AC in combination with one of the Intel's upcoming X-series CPUs.

With 16GB capacity

Barely one week after announcing its 5GHz overclocking achievement, ADATA released the Spectrix D41 RGB memory. This series replaces the current D40 lineup. The Spectrix D41 16GB retail kits are aimed at high-end X299 and Z370 motherboards.

You like extreme performance memory modules? In this case you'll be happy to know that there are new memory kits from ADATA. The company has added a ridiculously fast DDR4-5000 CL21-26-26-46 memory kit with a total capacity of 16GB (2x8 GB). The Spectrix D41 DDR4-5000MHz 16GB retail kits are aimed at high-end X299 and Z370 motherboards.

With Silicon Motion SM2262 controller

ADATA has announced the XPG GAMMIX S11, that is the successor to the GAMMIX S10 and the new flagship NVMe SSD from ADATA. The new drive comes with similar performance specifications of the SX8200 that was released just a week ago. The upcoming Gammix S11 offers a black PCB with an eye-catching red heat sink.

With up to 960GB capacity

Featuring 3D TLC memory

ADATA has shown their new XPG SX950U series of SSDs which all use 3D TLC flash memory which should offer enhanced performance when compared to SSDs powered by standard Planar NAND. With the XPG SX950U series ADATA offers a unit based on a Silicon Motion controller. All the new drives features a 2.5 inch package.

Based on new generation controllers

At the CES 2018, ADATA showed off its latest M.2 NVMe SSDs that supports NVMe 1.3 specifications. A few days ago, Silicon Motion has unveiled four new controllers and ADATA is one of the first company that is adopting them.

With 16GB capacity

Following G.Skill and Corsair with their high-speed DDR4 memory, even ADATA intros a ridiculously fast DDR4-4600MHz CL19-26-26-46 memory kit with a total capacity of 16GB (2 x 8GB). The XPG Z1 DDR4-4600MHz 16GB retail kits are aimed at high-end Z370 motherboards.

With up to 1TB capacity

NVMe capable SSDs are growing increasingly popular these days, offering much higher transfer speeds than the usual SATA drive. New markets always offer new opportunities and that on the other hand means that different vendors will launch new products. During the Computex 2017, ADATA has shown new M.2 NVMe SSDs which are designed to offer a competitive price/performance ratio.

With 3D MLC and 3D TLC NAND flash memory

ADATA has shown their ISSS314 series of SSDs which all use 3D NAND flash memory to offer better performance compared to SSDs using planar NAND. ISSS314 drives are available with 3D MLC and 3D TLC NAND flash memory chips allowing ADATA to competitively price their 2.5 inch drives.

Compatible with ASUS Aura

ADATA is finally bringing RGB lighting to their XPG DDR4 memory lineup. Memory modules were some of the very last components allowing for RGB lighting, since it can be quite tricky to control the color on the DIMMs. At the moment it’s still unclear which models ADATA will release. Since the non-RGB lineup consists of several models with different clock speeds, we expect to see something similar in the case of the XPG SPECTRIX D40 RGB series.
