Ahead of its expected launch in April, the Update 1 for Windows 8.1 has showed up online.
The update was accidentally leaked by Microsoft and it is officially called the Windows 8.1 Spring 2014 update with a build number 6.3.9600.17031.WINBLUE_GDR.140221-1952. The update showed up at Windows Update servers and although it was pulled down, the NGOHQ.com managed to grab it.
The Update 1 for Windows 8.1 is currently divided in several MSU files that must be installed in exactly the right order and according to a couple of first posts, although the GUI changes are quite minor, the system seems to work a bit faster.
Of course, you can always wait for the official release while leaked files can be downloaded via link below.
