Nvidia to begin shipping G-Sync module in Q2 2014

For those that like DIY

Nvidia made a lot of noise with its G-Sync technology which should get rid off latency and image stuttering issues seen with V-Sync and, in cooperation with Acer, AOC, ASUS, BenQ, Philips and ViewSonic, it should start to ship the G-Sync DIY module sometime in Q2 2014.

Some of those partners should have G-Sync enabled monitors pretty soon but in case you are looking for some DIY, it appears that you will have to wait for Q2 2014. In case you missed it earlier, the G-Sync is a hardware PCB which removes latency and image stuttering usually seen with V-Sync.

The G-Sync is certainly an impressive piece of technology, but we are yet to see some monitors and we are sure that Nvidia will put a big focus on G-Sync during CES 2014.
