Although Intel's Ivy Bridge-E lineup is scheduled to launch sometime between the 4th and 11th of September, a couple of UK-based retailers/e-tailers have jumped the gun and listed the cheapest Core i7-4820K as well as the Core i7-4930K.
Some of those retailers even list the new Core i7-4820K and Core i7-4930K as available for €303,95 (£218.23 inc. VAT) and €544,18 (£390.72 inc. VAT) and all we are now missing is the Core i7-4960X one. In case you missed it earlier, the Core i7-4820K is a quad-core part working at 3.7/3.9GHz and packs 10MB of L3 cache. The Core i7-4930K is a six-core part working at 3.4GHz/3.9GHz and has 12MB of L3 cache. The high-end offer will be the Core i7-4960X six-core part working at 3.6/4.0GHz and 15MB of L3 cache.
All three parts will have same 130W TDP and same DDR3-1866 memory support. Judging by earlier prices, you can expect the Core i7-4960X to hit €1000 price mark since it is the Extreme Edition CPU.
