Giada announces D310 DIY Barebone system

Based on Intel 3rd generation Core CPUs

Giada technology, known mostly for their interesting mini PCs has launched a new and compact DIY barebone system, the D310. Based on Intel 3rd generation Core CPU the new Giada D310 is quite simple as the assembly only requires two screws. According to Giada Tehcnology, the new D310 is ideal for industrial control applications, smart traffic control systems, security and surveillance systems, commercial terminals and other similar applications which require small size, wide choice of interfaces, simplicity and reliability of use.

The entire Giada D310 measures at 236x182x50mm and is based upon Intel HM77 Express chipset with support for Intel 3rd generation Core i3, i5 and i7 CPUs that have a 35W TDP. It features two SO-DIMM slots with support for up to 8GB of DDR3-1333/1600 memory and also feature two mini-PCIe slots that allows the use of additional peripherals including mSATA SSD. It also features a support for a 2.5-inch SATA HDD.

As far as the the rest of the specs are concerned, the Giada D310 DIY comes with VGA, HDMI and DVI outputs, 802.11bgn WiFi, 5.1-channel audio, Gigabit Ethernet, six USB 2.0 port, serial COM port as well as some interesting internal interfaces including GPIO port, TPM connector, SATA port with power, COM port and a USB 3.0 port.
