ASUS announces the ROG Matrix RTX 2080 Ti

Available during this month

ASUS has done its magic once again, creating another exclusive Matrix graphics card. With the upcoming ROG Matrix GeForce RTX 2080 Ti, the company unveils a high-end card aimed to overclockers and enthusiasts.

The ROG Matrix GeForce RTX 2080 Ti debuts with Infinity Loop, the last innovation for graphics cards by ASUS. Infinity Loop is basically an all-in-one (AIO) closed-loop cooling system that sits under the graphics card's shroud. If you aren't into water cooling components, ASUS still includes three axial fans. According to ASUS, Infinity Loop should offer better cooling performance then a hybrid designs with 120mm radiator.

Due to the amount of cooling components included on this card, the ROG Matrix RTX 2080 Ti requires three-slots on your gaming PC. The ROG Matrix GeForce RTX 2080 Ti sports the same circuit board of the ROG Strix models. Thanks to this implementation, the Taiwanese graphics card manufacturer can bin each sample.

Specification wise, the Matrix card comes with two modes of operation: the more conservative Gaming and the OC Mode. With the OC Mode, the card offers 180MHz more on the clock than the Founders Edition. Furthermore also the memory have received a small overclock.

ASUS didn't reveal the price tag for the ROG Matrix GeForce RTX 2080 Ti but we believe that the card will be rather expensive.
