MSI has expanded its monitor lineup with another model, featuring a 32-inch VA panel with 2560 x 1440 WQHD resolution. The grey-to-grey response time is 1ms and the refresh rate is 144Hz. Apart from that this monitor packs AMD FreeSync support.
The OPTIX AG32CQ monitor series has been equipped with a 32-inch panel with 1800R curvature and 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution. The VA panel offers 3000:1 contrast ratio and 250 cd/m2 brightness. MSI is marketing this display as a gaming monitor and optimized for usage in combination with MSI Gaming graphics card. Due to the low brightness value, this display isn't compatible with any HDR standard.
Like the older 27-inch model both screens can handle 144 Hz or refresh rate. There is one HDMI 2.0a connector, one DisplayPort 1.2a port and one DVI-D connector. The panel is being kept in position by a solid stand, which allows for pan, tilt, swivel and height adjustment. At the moment there are no additional details about the global launch.
