EVGA unveils their Elite Gaming series GPUs

Featuring colored GPU shroud

EVGA announce their GTX 1080 Ti Elite Gaming series GPUs that feature custom colour options for the fan shroud. At the moment there are two colors available: blue and green. This new series is based on the already announced GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC2 graphics cards.

The GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC2 graphics card features a dual-fan cooler with the so called iCX Technology. All models come with a heat sink that packs a dense aluminum fin stack and several heatpipes. While on the standard version the metal shroud has received a grey paint job, on the Elite Gaming series there are two colors available: blue and green.

For the sake of comparison, the GTX 1080 Ti Founders Edition works at 1480MHz/1582MHz Core/Boost frequencies, while the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC2 comes with a decent factory overclock running at 1556MHz/1670MHz Core/Boost frequencies.

Both models are available on EVGA web-store for $949.99 USD.
