ASRock release a teaser of their upcoming Phantom Gaming series
First graphics card from ASRock
A few weeks ago, we posted some rumors about the first ASRock series of graphics cards. According to DigiTimes, ASRock might be just another AMD partner. Meanwhile the company has published some teasers that confirms their enter in GPU market.
The mysterious graphics card that we can see in the video below will belong to the Phantom Gaming Series. Although it isn't clear yet what kind of model is, we believe that this card will belong to AMD series. According to the video, the card comes with a dual-slot design and a rather compact GPU cooler. Furthermore we can see dual fan cooler with several aluminum fins.
On the connector side we have spotted only a 8-pin PCIe connector and there isn't any information regarding the I/O panel. Since all the latest ASRock motherboards have been equipped with an armada of LEDs for RGB lighting, this card also features several LEDs on both sides.
During the last year we have seen plenty of overclocking products by Nick Shih. Like for EVGA with Vince Lucido, we expect to see some similar high-end graphics cards from ASRock as well. The company has a great history and knowledge with VRM design and Super Alloy components that might help with graphics cards as well.
