NVIDIA releases GeForce 378.77 Hotfix drivers

More game optimisations

Following the launch of Sniper Elite 4, Halo Wars 2 and For Honor, NVIDIA releases a new driver supporting all those titles. For that purpose the GeForce 378.77 Hotfix driver has been launched and it’s also supposed to address some bugs that have surfaced.

First of all: we would have expected NVIDIA to address some of the issues gamers are having with Battlefield 1 lately. In their official community forums there is a thread on Battlefield 1, which has grown to over 550 pages within the past few months. Users are still mentioning continuous crashes on GTX 700 series cards in particular on the GTX 770. So far they’re left with a DirectX error and it looks like NVIDIA hasn’t addressed the issues yet.

The latest version of NVIDIA’s 378.77 drivers, fixes issues that were present with previous releases, like for instance installation errors for laptops with GeForce GTX 1050 and 1050 Ti GPUs, crashes in Minecraft and some other Java-based titles. As always, you can download the new GeForce 378.77 Hotfix drivers over at NVIDIA's support page or automatically via Geforce Experience software.
