Nvidia has announced that its CEO, Jen-Hsun Huang, will be hosting a keynote at the Consumer Electronics Show 2017 (CES 2017), scheduled to kick off in January in Las Vegas, with focus on most market segments, including VR and gaming.
According to the teaser posted by Nvidia, Jen-Hsun Huang, Nvidia CEO, will "break news" in most Nvidia focus areas, including artificial intelligence, self-driving cars, virtual reality and gaming.
We expect Nvidia to bring more details regarding its next-gen Volta GPU architecture but the VR and gaming could be a big surprise. There have been some rumors regarding the Geforce GTX 1080 Ti graphics card as well as plenty of rumors regarding a new Shield device, or even a Shield VR, a gaming focused VR headset.
In any case, it appears that the CES 2017 has just become a whole lot more interesting and hopefully we will hear more about it soon.
