Probably moving to clear inventory and push sales of its new Pascal-based Geforce GTX 1080 and GTX 1070 graphics cards, Nvidia has cut the price on its previous generation high-end offer.

Spotted by Hardware.info, the Geforce GTX 980 Ti will get a US $125 price cut, pushing it from US $620 down to a more reasonable US $495-$499. In Europe, the GTX 980 Ti is selling anywhere from €460 to around €539, depending on the version.

The Geforce GTX 980 has got a US $75 price cut, pulling it down from US $399 to US $324, also depending on the version. In Europe, it starts at around €360 and climbs up all the way to around €460, depending on the version.

The market favorite, Geforce GTX 970, got the lowest price cut of just US $25, pulling it down from US $289 to US $265. In Europe, the lowest price of the Geforce GTX 970 is set at around €249 and it can go to as high as €289.

The US $379 priced GTX 1070 should be selling for US $379, but issues with supply or high demand has taken its toll on both GTX 1070 and GTX 1080, pushing them way above MSRP.
