According to the latest rumors and leaks, it appears that the next Call of Duty will be set in a very distant future with most of the gameplay set in space.

Although the opening scene of previous Call of Duty: Ghosts was set in space, it appears that the next Call of Duty will be completely set in space with full-on sci-f gaming theme.

Earlier rumor about space oriented Call of Duty was somewhat confirmed by EuroGamer, and it appears that Infinity Ward, a developer behind the next Call of Duty, is keen on doing a space theme shooter.

Hopefully the game will live up to its expectations as making a good space sci-fi shooter is quite hard.

Earlier report suggest that Activision's new Call of Duty should be coming in November to PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One.
