Galax has launched its new member of the Hall of Fame lineup, the Geforce GTX 980 Ti Hall of Fame GOC Edition graphics card.
The new Galax GTX 980 Ti HOF GOC is based on a modified custom PCB with 14+3-phase VRM design which is in line with some of the fastest GTX 980 Ti graphics cards on the market, including the EVGA's GTX 980 Ti Kingpin and the MSI's GTX 980 Ti Lightning.
Spotted by Expreview.com, the new GTX 980 Ti HOF GOC edition is based on a dual-slot design with two 10cm fans, five heatpipes and a completely white design. The massive VRM is powered by no less than three 8-pin PCI-Express power connectors, which adds up to a total of 525W of power.
Although it is meant for extreme overclocking, the Galax GTX 980 Ti does not come with a massive factory overclock, working at 1203MHz for the base GPU clock, 1304MHz for the GPU Boost clock and 6GB of GDDR5 memory clocked at reference 7010MHz.
The same graphics card holds seven places in the Futuremark Hall of Fame for Fire Strike Extreme benchmark on a single graphics card.
Unfortunately, we still do not have any details regarding the price or the availability date for the new Galax GTX 980 Ti HOF GOC Edition graphics card.
