Budget oriented Skylake motherboard
Those that are not looking for a high-end Z170 Express chipset motherboard migth just consider the latest mini-ITX H170 Express based chipset motherboard from MSI, the MSI H170I PRO AC.
Based on a standard 17x17cm mini-ITX form-factor, the new MSI H170I PRO AC motherboard has support for socket LGA1151 CPUs, up to 32GB of DDR4 memory in two memory slots, single PCI-Express 3.0 x16 slot, four SATA 6Gbps and one M.2 port.
The rest of the specifications include couple of USB 3.1 and USB 2.0 ports, integrated 7.1-channel audio, Gigabit Ethernet and even an integrated 802.11ac WiFi.
The new MSI H170I PRO AC mini-ITX motherboard should be available on retail/e-tail shelves soon with a price of around €130.
