Earlier rumors that Electronic Arts were planing to buy out the CD Projekt RED have been thankfully denied.
An original rumor started at DSO Gaming, which cited an anonymous CD Projekt RED employee stating that EA was currently meeting with executives in order to negotiate the buy out. Thankfully, these rumors are not true.
In an interview with Eurogamer.net, CD Projekt RED has issued a brief statement where Marcin Iwinski, Co-Founder of CD Projekt RED stated that they do not plan to sell CD Projekt RED or GOG.com.
The earlier rumor was quite surprising considering that CD Projekt RED did well with the recently launch The Witcher 3 game and the company has GOG.com behind them.
In any case, CD Projekt RED is not going anywhere, let alone to the hands of Electronic Arts.
