Electronic Arts has unveiled that Star Wars Battlefront is doing quite good as the game has plenty of pre-orders lined up.

While it did not reveal specific sale numbers, EA's COO Peter Moore said that they are seeing "extremely strong pre-orders" for Star Wars Battlefront and that digital copies are becoming more and more popular so even such high number of pre-orders does not mean much as the digital sales will show if the game is, or is not, a success.

EA also expects that it will see "a tremendous response" regarding the game during Gamescom 2015 show that will be kicking off in Germany next week.

In case you missed it, Star Wars Battlefront will launch on November 17th for PC, Xbox One and Playstation 4.
