Xiaomi shipped 35 million devices in H1 2015

A 30 percent increase

Xiaomi has announced that it has shipped over 35 million smartphones in the first half of this year.

This is quite a number and a 30 percent increase compared to the first half of the last year when the company managed to ship just over 26 million devices. This also suggest that Xiaomi will have a great year considering that it managed to ship around 61 million devices during whole last year and it is now quite closer to its goal of shipping 80 to 100 million units.

Recently, Xiaomi unveiled its new flagship Mi Note and Mi Note Pro phablets and is expected to launch its flagship Mi 5 as well as Mi 5 Plus smartphones soon, which should help in boosting those sales.

Xiaomi is shaping into a rather formidable smartphone maker and we are quite glad as the competition is always good for the consumer.
