While it has barely launched, Apple's Watch have already got into hands of the guys at iFixit and the teardown revealed a rather unimpressive 205mAh battery.
While the size of the battery is not the most important thing when you talk about the battery life, since there are quite a few other things to consider, including the rest of the hardware and the OS that it runs on, initial reviews have been complaining about it.
While competing Android Wear-based smartwatches feature like LG G Watch R and Moto 360 feature 410mAh and 320mAh batteries, Apple's Watch will have to do with a 205mAh battery. This size of battery will get most users a barely a full day of battery life.
While it lacks an impressive battery life, Apple's Watch will still be quite popular as there are plenty of Apple iPhone users that want it on their wrist and its battery life is not that far worse compared to the competition, which shows that Apple did good when it comes to optimization.
In case you are not into Apple products, there are certainly plenty of alternatives on the market and more will come in future.
