While Rocksteady Studios have already revealed that Batman: Arkham Knight will be released on June 23rd, Nvidia has now unveiled the full system requirements for the upcoming game.
Nvidia has released a full list of requirements including minimum, recommended as well as ultra system requirements for the game and while the game did look impressive, we never would have guessed that it will also be so demanding when it comes to hardware.
The minimum system requirements include Intel Core i5-750 or AMD Phenom II X4 965 CPU, 6GB of RAM, Nvidia Geforce GTX 660 with 2GB of VRAM as well as a 45GB of HDD space. While both the recommended and ultra system requirements share the same Intel Core i7-3770 or AMD FX-8350, 8GB of RAM and 55GB of HDD space requirements, you will need a Geforce GTX 760 3GB graphics card for recommended and Geforce GTX 980 graphics card for ultra system requirements.
All system requirements share the same 64-bit Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 OS requirement. Unfortunately, it is still not clear why the HDD space is different on minimum and recommended system requirements but it is possible that the game will also include a high-resolution texture pack.
In any case, we will know for sure when the game launches on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and the PC on June 23rd.
