It appears that upcoming Game Developers Conference 2015 scheduled to kick off on March 2nd will be mostly about virtual reality (VR) and now you can add Valve to that list as the company has just confirmed that it will show off its Steam VR hardware system as well as bring a finalized Steam Controller.
While the announcement did not reveal any details regarding its Steam VR platform, it will surely be quite interesting as it will be focused on gaming. There will be plenty of virtual reality related events at GDC 2015 and Valve's Steam VR might be one of the more interesting ones.
In addition to the Steam VR hardware, Valve has also announced that it will show the finalized version of its Steam Controller. In case you missed it, the Steam Controller was unveiled back when Valve announced its Steam Machines project and has undergone some design changes and earlier reports suggested that Valve has finally locked in the final design which is what we will most likely see during GDC 2015.
Earlier, Valve has also announced that it will be bringing new Steam Machines to GDC 2015 so hopefully we will finally see the official launch of the platform based on Steam OS.
Game Developer Conference 2015 will be held in Moscone Center, San Francisco from March 2nd to March 6th and Valve is surely an interesting addition with plenty of things to show.
