Today, there are plenty of options to stream from a PC in order to play your games on your favorite TV with a game installed on your gaming PC. This time it is NZXT that has unveiled a product, called the DOKO, that slightly differs from the competition.
Each device that streams from the PC to another device is often limited by the software it is using and this is exactly why NZXT unveiled its new device, the DOKO, a mini PC that connects to your network and will be used to relay the other PCs in your home.
It actually has no software, as the DOKO becomes the extension of the PC you use as a device that will be added. This way you can use its four USB ports to directly connect a USB flash drive or a gamepad as if it was plugged on your gaming PC. The transfer of data will be done via the network (50-80ms latency) and this is enough to display a resolution of 1080p at 30 fps on your TV.
The DOKO will be sold directly by NZXT at its webshop called the
NZXT Armory with an MSRP of US $99.99.
The DOKO is a new solution that will enable gamers to enjoy their games regardless of the platform used to launch them and above all also take advantage of the software installed on your PC.
