Tt eSPORTS is Thermaltake's gaming brand quite well known in the gaming community and with the new 3D SHOCK 7.1 headset, Tt eSPORTS decided to give gamers a virtual audio headset 7.1 at a rather reasonable price.
While Thermaltake had plenty of products for gamers at CES 2015, its gaming Tt eSPORTS branch unveiled the new SHOCK 3D 7.1 headset which, as their name suggests, will provide virtual 7.1 audio.
It is a closed design gaming headset and it is equipped with two 40mm (20Hz-20kHz, 32 Ohm) transducers. On the left, you get a foldable microphone, a knob to toggle between presets and a button to activate the 7.1 virtual sound. You can set four presets and these have be configured to meet the expectations of gamers playing MMO/RPG, FPS and RTS, while the fourth mode puts it in a default setting.
The Tt eSPORTS 3D SHOCK 7.1 headset also comes with software to configure it, and connects to your PC via a 2m USB cable. It is also equipped with backlit logo on the earcups, while the earcups can be folded for easier transport.
The new Tt eSPORTS 3D SHOCK 7.1 headset should hit retail/e-tail as soon as next week with an MSRP of $79.99.
