Despite the switch to Chromium, a great number of users still like the old architecture more, and luckly for them, the Opera development team keeps updating the browser on a good rythm, and they keep adding new functionalities. This time, they focused on tab managing.
How many of you open a tab, thinking that you'll get the chance to read it as soon as you have time? This is a common behaviour, and that's why Opera 24 features a new functionality about tabs: you'll just need to bring the mouse over the tab to open a preview box, to see what's in it without actually opening it.
This functionality is very handy for those who opens a lot of tabs, especially in social networking, or simply to distinguish to similar pages. Besides this new function, they modified the private navigation: the private pages will feature a different color for the background, so that you can distinguish them more easily.
Other than that, they improved general stability, which should be the end goal of every update. Windows' users who are using high resolution monitors will be happy to know that Opera 24 is compatible even with the higher resolutions.
