Computex 2014: ASUS unveils ROG ARES III graphics card

Limited Edition with hand-picked R9 290X GPUs

ASUS had quite a few products to show during Computex 2014, but probably nothing made the enthusiasts, gamers, modders and even overclockers more interested as the upcoming announcement of the ASUS ROG ARES III graphics card based on the AMD's Radeon R9 295X2 design.

As it was case with all the previous ROG ARES graphics cards from ASUS, the ARES III will also be a Limited Edition version which will use hand-picked R9 290X GPUs and, according to ASUS, end up 25 percent cooler than reference liquid cooled solution from AMD. It will used customized EK Water Blocks full cover block with hand-carved details which will give it some impressive looks, great performance and slim, single-slot design.

ASUS is still holding out on all of the juicy details, but for now we do know it will be available sometime in Q3 2014. The sample is apparently ready and it will be showcased at Computex 2014 so we hope we will catch it in action.
