According to a fresh report it appears that Google will give Huawei a chance to be the next Nexus smartphone maker.
The information came from Kevin Yang, the Director of China Research at iSuppli and while he does not reveal its sources, iSuppli, as one of the largest mobile analytics companies around is usually spot on when it comes to such things.
Earlier this week, there were plenty of rumors that Huawei did get the contract to make a Nexus smartphone. To be precise, ther rumor suggested that both LG and Huawei will be making a Nexus smartphone where Huawei will do a cheaper one while LG will do a more high-end Nexus smartphone, most likely based on its upcoming LG G4 smartphone.
Huawei ending up as next Nexus smartphone maker will certainly be good for the company and it appears Google simply wants to give everyone a chance to be a part of its Nexus project.
