While we are still a few days away from the official release of the Forza Horizon 2, we have some of the first review results of what will be one of the big exclusive titles for the Xbox One.
Developed by Playground Games in cooperation with Turn 10 Studios and published by Microsoft Games, the Forza Horizon 2 brings more cars, more radio stations, off road racing and is basically much larger than the first Forza Horizon racing game.
It appears that Playground Games did a really good job as most reviews are in the upper part of the score chart at the time of writing with some sites like Eurogamer and Game Informer giving it a 90 and 83 score. All is not perfect for Forza Horizon 2 as there are a couple of average review scores, two to be precise, coming from Polygon and Gamereactor Sweden, where it got a 70 score. These two average scores were not enough to lower a rather impressive
86 average score on Metacritic, which currently includes a total of 41 critic reviews.
In case you missed it earlier, the game is set to launch in North America on September 30th while Europe should get it on October 3rd. The demo of the game is currently available for download and the Forza Horizon 2 definitely looks like a good Xbox One exclusive that the console honestly needed.
