Microsoft discontinues Xbox One Titanfall bundle

Get it while it lasts

The US $500 Xbox One Titanfall bundle that was announced and went on sale back in March has been discontinued, according to Microsoft. So in case you have been thinking about it, it is probably a good time to buy it while some retail/e-tail shops still have it.

The US $500 Xbox One Titanfall bundle, which includes the console, Kinect, one-month Xbox Live Gold membership and a copy of Titanfall game has been discontinued. The confirmation comes from the Xbox boss Phil Spencer, who tweeted that "Titanfall bundle is done."

The same bundle is still available on eBay, Amazon and other third-party sellers but major retailers like Gamestop, Best Buy, Target as well as Microsoft's own web store no longer have it. The news does not come as a big surprise considering that Microsoft already have a similar US $500 bundle with copy of Forza Motorsport 5 and is preparing US $399 Madden NFL 15 and Sunset Overdrive bundles. In case you missed it, Sunset Overdrive bundle will include a white Xbox One.

In November, Microsoft is expected to introduce a 1TB Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare bundle as well.
