NVIDIA's TITAN V has been spotted in the Futuremark and Unigine databases, showcasing impressive results. Last week, NVIDIA surprised us with the launch of its first Volta graphics card, the TITAN V coming with a price of $3000 Dollar.



Based on a high-contrast VA panel

BenQ has added another monitor with a 27-inch panel and 1920 x 1080 resolution to its lineup. The display comes with a high-contrast VA panel and it’s supposed to be HDR compatible. In addition the EW277HDR achieves 93% of DCI-P3 colour space, which makes it is suitable for professional use.


80 Plus efficiency rating

Corsair has introduced its new VS series of power supply units that will be available with 450W, 550W and 650W of output power. Apart from that, there isn't a modular cable management. The VS series is supposed to come at a reasonable price and with 3-year warranty plan.


31-inch and 4K resolution

Acer announced the ProDesigner PE320QK monitor for photographers, which features a 31-inch panel with 3840 x 2160 resolution and IPS panel. Apart from that Acer states that the panel used covers 95% of the DCI-P3 standard and 130% in the case of the sRGB profile.


Official support for Titan V

NVIDIA and AMD appear to have released a new driver at the same day and the release notes appear rather similar lately. New games come out all the time requiring optimizations but sometimes there are bigger reason for an updated driver package. NVIDIA's GeForce 388.59 driver release is ready for the company's $3000 GeForce Titan V graphics card and Bethesda Fallout 4 VR.


Still need several years

A few days ago, RAMBUS started unveiling its early specification for DDR5 and HBM3 memory. If you have just updated your PC with DDR4 memory, you should not be worried about another upgrade. It will take many years before we see DDR5 modules on the market, but we already have some early specs. The main focus will be on getting higher performances and better efficiency.


Based on Volta

When we thought that the company was done with new GPU launches for the year, NVIDIA launched the TITAN V graphics card. This model is the first Volta-based Titan graphics card ever. According to the specifications, it packs 21.1 billion transistors and delivers 110 teraflops of computational power. In order words is nine time faster then Titan Xp.

This new expansion looks to be fairly ambitious and add several vehicles.


Affordable 24-inch display

BenQ already has a wide portfolio of displays and with the XL2536 the vendor is launching yet another FullHD model. The 24-inch panel supports 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution 60Hz refresh rate. The budget oriented XL2536 monitor should be soon available for 139 Euro.


Upcoming Ryzen Mobile APU will feature Qualcomm LTE modem

AMD has announced that it will be working with Qualcomm to create ultrathin laptops with LTE connectivity. According the first information, the upcoming Ryzen mobile processors will sport Qualcomm Snapdragon X16 LTE modem. This is a great news both for AMD and Qualcomm, they are aiming to push the "Always Connected PC" as a necessity for the future.


Due to an early 2018 release in the Xiaomi Mi 7

During this year we have seen several new smartphones and with the new year we are wondering what kind of features we will find on the upcoming devices. Furthermore we are all curious to know what kind of SoC there will be in flagship models. Many devices, including the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Xiaomi Mi 7 have already been rumoured to include Qualcomm's new Snapdragon 845 SoC.


Gaming Station is to cost 300 dollars

A while back PowerColor released Devil Box, the first external GPU case compatible with any graphics card around. With the Gaming Station, PowerColor offers another enclosure with a different design. Compared to the Devil Box we don't see the edgy styling anymore. Like the previous model, the upcoming Gaming Station is compatible with several graphics cards.

With the launch of AMD Vega line of graphics cards, many have speculated about potential mid-range and low-budget cards. This became known as Vega 11, which might actually be here sooner than you think, but not as discrete graphics card.

Two versions are now available

AMD has stealthily updated its German website with new specifications for its Radeon RX 560 graphics cards. AMD's website now shows that there are two RX 560 graphics cards available. The new one comes with 896 stream processors, which is 128 cores short of the original specification of 1'024 stream processors.

Toshiba's BiCS3 flash is showing up everywhere. The latest place where the high-density flash will be showing its face is inside smartphones, tablets and other small devices. The company has announced that it's started sampling new UFS 2.1-compliant BGA SSDs that can hit up to 900 MB/s in sequential read.
