The B350 Gaming Plus from MSI is an entry-level motherboard that comes with a few interesting features. Compared to the A320 Grenade, which MSI unveiled a few days ago, the Gaming Plus is a sub-120 euro board, that packs quite a few goodies. At a first glance the B350 Gaming Plus offers everything you need for your daily gaming system.


With triple fan cooler

Colorful has unveiled their GeForce GTX 1080 Ti iGame Vulcan AD graphics card, which is based on the new flagship chip from NVIDIA. Like the previous model it features a massive heatsink with a dense aluminum fin stack and several heatpipes.

Featuring a massive heatsink

A user on Reddit has posted a few pictures of the new Gigabyte Aorus RX 580 XTR graphics card, which is - apparently - a refresh of the RX 480 graphics card. According to the pictures, the Gigabyte Aorus RX 580 XTR features a massive heatsink with a dense aluminum fin stack and several heatpipes.


Based on Unigine 2 engine

Lately it’s been pretty quiet around Unigine but it looks like the guys behind Valley and Heaven benchmark have not been sitting on their hands. Superposition is their latest benchmark and the scenery is in a quantum-mechanics professor’s classroom.


Initial support for Windows 10 Creators Update

Following the launch of AMD’s ReLive 17.4.1 drivers there is already a new update available. This release is supposed to add support for Asynchronous Retroprojection on SteamVR. On top of that AMD has also fixed poor scaling on Battlefield 1 with Multi GPU mode in DirectX 11 API. Last but not least AMD has fixed some issues related to Radeon ReLive on Windows 7 and Radeon Setting on Windows 10.


Future is in doubt

It looks like Toshiba could be in serious trouble this year. In a statement this week, they have admitted that their current conditions "raise substantial doubt" on the company's future. According to them it could be just be a matter of time before the ship sinks.

Today we have another build from Maingear for you. In the past we’ve shared several of his builds and as you might know they always look exceptionally good. Since we don't know what there is under the hood you will not find any specification.


New record from der8auer

We have covered der8auer breaking records in the past and apparently the German overclocker Roman Hartung did it again. This time he has pushed a new AMD new Ryzen 5 1600X CPU to 5.9 GHz using an ASUS Crosshair VI Hero motherboard and liquid nitrogen cooling. This overclock was achieved with a bus speed of 130 MHz and a multiplier of 45.5.


The NVIDIA Tesla P100

The Nvidia P100 is NVIDIA's first GPU that makes use of HBM2 memory. Since it belongs to the NVIDIA Tesla series, it’s designed for the workstation environment. Gamers will have to wait about a year until they see the first NVIDIA cards, with HBM2 memory.

First samples in late June?

According to Benchlife, Intel’s upcoming X299 series chipset as well as the Skylake-X and Kaby Lake-X processors might have been rescheduled to launch more than a month before the original launch date. In other words if Intel doesn't find issues with their LGA 2066 motherboard platform, we might see Intel X299 already in June.


Featuring VA Quantum Dot panel

Samsung has expanded its curved monitor lineup with two new monitors featuring a 27-inch and a 32-inch panel. Both monitors are based on 2560 x 1440 (WQHD) resolution, 8-bit color support and 1800R curvature. Furthermore both displays come with support for AMD FreeSync which allows for a variable refresh rate that ranges between 48 and 72Hz.

The A320 Grenade from MSI is an entry-level motherboard that comes with a few interesting features. Compared to the X370 Gaming Pro that MSI has unveiled a few days ago, the Grenade is a cheaper, sub-80 euro board, that still packs quite a few goodies. At a first glance the A320 Grenade looks very similar to the B350 Mortar.

Both with custom design

PowerColor's RX 580 Red Devil and Red Devil Golden Sample GPUs have been pictured and both new cards feature a custom design with a beefy cooler. While the RX 580 Red Devil Golden Sample comes with 2.5 slot cooler, and RX 580 Red Devil should fit into two slots.


The JetStream and Super JetStream

Palit has shown two new graphics cards, which are based on the new flagship - GP102 - chip from NVIDIA. Right after the announcements from ASUS, EVGA and MSI, Palit unveiled two more graphics cards, which go by the names GeForce GTX 1080 Ti JetStream and GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Super JetStream.


With 128GB and 64GB capacity

Do you fancy RGB LEDs on memory modules? If the answer is yes, you will be happy to know that there are new RGB LED memory kits from G.Skill. The company has announced a new line of high-end memory kits for modders and gamers. The Trident Z RGB DDR4-3333MHz 128GB and 64GB retail kits are aimed at high-end X99 and Z270 motherboards.
