Cherry Corp. is a well known company, mostly because of their famous mechanical switches, the CherryMX, which are featured in most of mechanical keyboards on the market. What most people do not know, is that Cherry Corp. also produces a lineup of office peripherals, which is getting two new models today, the KW2000 keyboard and the MW2400 wireless mouse.
Do not waste your time looking for gaming features on these peripherals as there are none since these are simple, straight-forward products, designed for office work and completely wireless.
The KW2000 keyboard measures 458x170x20mm and weighs 502g. It is really silent, so that you can work in a room full of people without bothering any of them.
The MW2400 mouse measures 109x62x37mm and weighs 85g. It features an ambidextrous design, which makes it suitable for both right- and left-handers. As mentioned before, it features a simple and clean design and even functions are at the bare minimum. The right, left and a central button are the only things you will find on this mouse. The 1200DPI sensor is more than up to the job, while the AA batteries makes sure you can work without any interruption.
Cherry said these products are already in their portfolio, while they will be available on the market really soon. Unfortunately, they did not reveal the price for these two peripherals.
