Lian Li unveils two new PC cases

The PC-B16 and PC-A61

Today, we show you two new PC cases that Lian Li unveiled recently: as usual, both cases are made out of aluminum. The new models are the PC-B16 and the PC-A61.

We have seen this same process in the past, Lian Li shows the new products to their community, collects feedbacks and modify the product before producing it in volumes. This process is now completed, and we can show you final versions of these cases.

Both features the same chassis, and they measure 230x490x510mm (530mm for the PC-B16 since it features a door) and they weigh 6.5 kg. The PC-B16 will be perfect if you love a silent PC, since the door seals the front panel. Inside, they can fit up to four 5.25” drives, and 6 3.5”/2.5” HDD. As far as the ventilation is concerned, we have one 120mm fan on the frontal panel, one in the back panel, two 120mm or one 140mm on the top panel (optional), each one of them with anti-dust filters. The PSU can't be more than 280mm in depth, the GPU can be as long as 420mm, while the CPU cooler can go as high as 280mm. I/O-wise, there are four USB 3.0 ports and audio jacks.

Both models should be available on VPC by mid-May. PC-B16 is sold for 179€, while PC-A61 for 149€. Brand and aluminum are surely not cheap.
