Lian Li unveils a new mini-ITX PC case

The PC-Q01, mini-ITX and mini-DTX

Lian Li is a well-known brand, especially if you are talking about PC cases, mostly thanks to a variety of different cases, all built with a distinctive look and great quality. Today, they have unveiled the latest addition to the Mini-Q lineup, the PC-Q01.

The PC-Q01 is a neat little case, that can fit both mini-ITX and mini-DTX motherboards. It features a very simple structure, and it is made out of aluminum, just like the rest of Lian Li lineup.

It measures 200x275x242mm and weighs only 1.57kg, and despite the reduced size, it can fit a full ATX PSUs, as long as they are not over 210mm in depth. As far as the internal space is concerned, it can fit 210mm long GPUs and 90mm high CPU coolers (which gets it really close to the PSU fan). The PC-Q01 can also fit two 2.5” drives or one 2.5” and one 3.5”. You must have realized that ventilation is not the best feature of this little creature and the only place where you can fit an additional fan is carved on the bottom of the case and supports either a 120 o 140mm fan, without any kind of dust filter.

On the front panel there are two USB 3.0, audio jacks and Power button. This new Lian Li case will not be the biggest, nor the one with the best features, but it costs only 49€, and that might be enough to lure a decent number of design-lover users that do not want to empty their pockets. The Lian Li PC-Q01 will be available on the market by the end of the week.
