EK Water Blocks has just announced and released its newest full-cover water block aimed to be used with Gigabyte's custom Geforce GTX 780 (Ti) WindForce 3X graphics card, the EK-FC780 GTX WF3.
Since it is based on a full-cover water block design, the water block directly cools the GPU, RAM as well as the custom VRM part of the graphics card allowing it to remain stable even under heavy overclocking.
The base of the new EK-FC780 GTX WF3 is made of nickel-plated electrolytic copper while the top is made of either the quality cast POM Acetal or the Acrylic glass, depending on the version. It also comes with pre-installed screw-in brass standoffs as well as 0.6mm wide microchannel structure for the cooling engine.
Up to four EK-FC780 GTX WF3 water blocks can be interconnected using the EK-FC Terminal or EK-HD Tube & Adapter System.
Available in either the Nickel or Acetal+Nickel version as well as with an optional aesthetic plate, the EK-FC 780 GTX WF3 is already available with a suggested retail price of €101,95, while the backplate has a price tag of €26,38.
