The official launch of the Intel Haswell Refresh lineup is steadily approaching and we finally have some details regarding the lineup, frequencies, L3 cache and the TDP.
Announced last year, with some more details revealed in February and teased again by Intel during last month conference, the Haswell Refresh lineup is all but released.
The lineup includes a total of 25 processors and every SKU from Celeron to Core i7 will be getting a 100MHz frequency increase compared to the old version. Some SKUs will be getting a 200MHz increase, including the Core i5-4690T, Core i7-4785T and the Core i7-4790T. The Core i5-4590T will be now equipped with four, instead of two cores present on the the old Core i5-4570T. The TDP remains at 35W and while the first version was clocked at 2.9GHz this one drops down to 2.0GHz, but with two more cores.
Judging from the latest info and rumors, the Intel Haswell Refresh chips should be officially launched on May 11th while "K" versions should come later this year.
