CM Storm rolls out two new notebook coolers

The SF-15 and the SF-17

Cooler Master's gaming brand, the CM Storm, has added two new products to its notebook cooling stand lineup, the SF-15 and the SF-17.

Gaming on notebooks usually has its drawbacks as either the keyboard position is not perfect or it produces to much heat. To fix these problems, CM Storm has released two new notebook cooling stands which put the notebook in correct position as well as gives it enough room for cooling.

The CM Storm SF-15 measures 384.6 x 291.9 x 69.8mm and weighs 1.1kg, comes equipped with a 160mm fan which spins between 700 and 1200RPM and can be used with up to 15.6-inch notebooks. The SF-17 on the other hand is slightly larger at 470.66 x 326.88 x 54.94mm and weighs 1.89kg. This one can be used with up to 19-inch notebooks and has a 180mm fan as well as 4-angle tilt.

Both models also feature a USB hub with four USB 2.0 ports, mini USB and micro USB ports. The SF-15 is priced at US $49.99 while the SF-17 goes for US $71.71.
