EKWB rolls out ASUS GTX 780 Ti DirectCU II water block

For ASUS DirectCU II GTX 780 and GTX 780 Ti

Following yesterday announcement of the full cover water block designed for ASUS' DirectCU II R9 290 and R9 290X graphics card, EK Water Blocks has now announced the new full cover water block designed for ASUS DirectCU II versions of the GTX 780 and the GTX 780 Ti graphics cards, the EK-FC780 GTX Ti DCII.

Since this is also a full cover water block design, the EK-FC780 GTX Ti DCII directly cools the GPU, RAM as well as the custom VRM part on DirectCU II version of ASUS' GTX 780 Ti and GTX 780 graphics cards, allowing all components to be cooled and stable under even high overclocking.

The base of the EK-FC780 GTX Ti DCII is made of nickel-plated electrolytic copper while the top is made of either cast acrylic material or POM Acetal, depending on the version. It comes with pre-installed bass standoffs and uses 0.8mm microchannel structure which should improve the heat transfer while not sacrificing the low hydraulic restriction design.

As it was the case with previous water blocks, the new EK-FC780 GTX Ti DCII can also be interconnected using via EK-FC Terminal, EK-HD Tube & Adapter System or EK-FC Bridge CSQ, depending on the water block variant, in case you want to pair up to four of these water block on a single multi-GPU system.

The new EK-FC780 GTX Ti DCII will be available in three different versions, the Nickel version, priced at €102,95, Acetal+Nickel and Nickel (Original CSQ) version, priced at €104,95. EK Water Blocks also offers an aesthetic retention backplate for €26,38. The entire lineup is already available via EK Webshop or wide range of partner retail/e-tail shops.
