From 6600GT to GTX 750 Ti

The guys over at Phoronix have put together a rather interesting article. They have selected graphics cards from different generations and checked power consumption.

In order to paint a complete picture, they're starting their series of tests with the GeForce 6600GT which was basically a mid-rang gaming graphics card back in the days. Then the journey goes on over the years until they have a list with no less than 14 different cards. Other than that are not just simple power consumption values, there are also thermal values and performance-per-watt results.
