Nvidia GTX 750 detailed and taken apart

GPU shown in all its glory

We now have some of the first pictures of the Nvidia GTX 750 which was taken apart by the Chinese ChinaDIY site and pictured in all its glory, including the first Maxwell based GM107 GPU.

As reported earlier, Nvidia's Maxwell GPU architecture will bring some impressive performance per Watt improvement despite the fact that it is still based on 28nm manufacturing process, so things will only get better when Maxwell comes on 20nm manufacturing process.

Although it is not clear from which partner does this one come, it has a rather simple dual-slot cooler and the PCB features a 2+1-phase VRM which draws power from a single 6-pin PCI-Express power connector. The GM107-300-A2 GPU has been also pictured in full details and it appears that it will not need any hefty coolers.

As we reported earlier, both the GTX 750 and the GTX 750 Ti are expected to show up later this month.
