According to the recent set of reports, AMD's upcoming low-power Kabini APU lineup, will launch with a total of five different SKUs, including chip based on AM1 FCPGA and BGA sockets in order to cover a larger part of the market with different form-factors. The earlier detailed lineup is joined by two new models, the E1-2150, and the A4-5050.
CPU-World.com managed to get some details regarding two new APUs, which came from the specification list for the HP Pavilion 15 and PAvilion Touchsmart 15 notebooks. The E1-2150 is a dual-core part, clocked at 1.05GHz CPU frequency, 1MB of L2 cache and packs HD 8210 GPU. The A4-5050 is a bit more serious as this is a quad-core part clocked at 1.55GHz. It packs 2MB of L2 cache and HD 8330 GPU. It has support for DDR3L-1600 memory and a 13.5W TDP.
In case you missed some of the earlier reports, the Kabini APU lineup will include entry-level E1-2100 and E1-2150 dual-core APUs as well as the E2-3800 quad-core APU while the A-Series will include A4-5000, A4-5050 and the A6-5200 APUs.
AMD's Kabini APUs are based on Jaguar CPU architecture paired up with Graphics CoreNext GPU architecture.
