Ahead of its release schedule and thanks to notebook maker Toshiba, AMD's first Catalyst driver with support for Mantle API and TrueAudio has found its way to the net.
Although it is packaged so it only works on Toshiba notebooks, it does allow for some users to experiment with the driver information file. Unfortunately and according to a couple of post around the net, the new Catalyst 13.35 driver does not suggest that it has support for Mantle API or TrueAudio but brings support for new mobile GPUs in Toshiba notebooks.
Of course, it is not possible to test the new driver Mantle API support as we are yet to see a single game with support for Mantle API. Hopefully, Battlefield 4 patch for Mantle will be out soon and the new Thief game is coming as well.
