iBuyPower announces coin mining systems

Powered by up to three R9 290X graphics cards

Trying to squeeze out a bit more from the recent Litecoin, Dogecoins, Lottocoins and any other coin mining frenzy, iBuyPower has announced its GPU coin mining systems powered by up to three R9 290X graphics cards.


Based on Gigabyte's 970A-D3P motherboard, AMD Fx-4300 CPU, 4GB of memory and two R9 270X graphics cards, iBuyPower's coin mining systems start off at US $999. iBuyPower also offers similar Intel-based system with two AMD R9 280X graphics cards, Gigabyte' Z87-HD3 motherboard, 8GB of memory and Intel Core i3-4130 for US $1559. These new GPU mining systems are also separated in four different categories depending on the GPU and its kH/s and amount of coins it can generate in a year.

Of course, AMD-based system easily climbs up to US $1841 in case you want to do some serious mining with two R9 290X graphics cards, while Intel one goes up to US $2791 in case you want three R9 290X to do mining. Of course, you can always make your own system from components if DIY is your thing.
