ADATA Technology has unveiled its newest addition to the portable HDD lineup, the new DashDrive Durable HD650 portable hard drive. Built and designed for those with an active lifestyle, the DashDrive HD650 is designed to absorb impacts and protect valuable stored data.

To be available in capacities of 500GB and 1TB, the new ADATA DashDrive Durable HD650 chassis features a scratch-proof acrylic material as well as a unique triple layer construction designed and engineered for superior shockproof performance. The design with flowing lines and striking colors, makes the HD650 a great looking storage option for all ages and genders, according to ADATA.

The ADATA DashDrive Durable HD650 comes with USB 3.0 interface and also feature an azure LED that indicates power and transfer status. The precise dimensions of the HD650 are set at 121x81x21mm and it weighs 201g.

The ADATA DashDrive Durable HD650 will be available in black and red color options and backed by a three year warranty but, unfortunately, ADATA did not shed any details regarding the precise availability date or the price.
